Doncare's Information & Crisis Support Program can provide generalist casework support to individuals who have a range of complex issues for up to three months. Following a comprehensive assessment of your needs, we will develop an action plan in consultation with you to reflect your unique circumstances. Case management typically involves counselling, practical problem solving, social and financial skills education, advocacy, liaison and referral to other services.
