There are a number of ways that we may be able to assist.
Doncare's Emergency Reief Program can provide generalist casework support to individuals who have a range of complex issues for up to three months. Following a comprehensive assessment of your needs, we will develop an action plan in consultation with you to reflect your unique circumstances. Case management typically involves counselling, practical problem solving, social and financial skills education, advocacy, liaison and referral to other services. You can meet with a Community Support Worker who will establish the assistance you need. We may be able to assist with material and financial aid and/or a referral to another Doncare program. You can also chat with our intake team about counselling and whether it’s right for you.
