Helping Families build Safer, Stronger Futures

Doncare delivers Intensive Family Services to support families facing complex challenges where children are at risk of entering, or returning from, out-of-home care. Funded by the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing as part of the Roadmap to Reform, this program works in close partnership with Child Protection to improve outcomes for children and families.

We support families subject to Family Preservation or Family Reunification Orders, helping them create safe, stable and nurturing home environments.

Our team provides intensive, in-home support focused on:

• Promoting child safety and development

• Strengthening parenting capacity

• Improving family functioning

• Supporting long-term stability and permanency

This program is an extension of Doncare’s broader Family Services and allows us to work more deeply with families during critical times of change.
