Kylie Scoullar
Chief Executive Officer
Kylie is a senior executive and registered psychologist with extensive experience across service delivery, strategy, policy and funding contracts with Government. Her experience spans diverse sectors including health and mental health, out of home care, family violence, refugee and humanitarian settlement, early parenting and education. Kylie has worked with the Victorian Office of the Chief Psychiatrist, served on a national government outcomes and data committee, and contributed to Government reform at state and national levels. Kylie is also a Non-Executive Director with Tweddle Child and Family Health Service, where she chairs their Clinical Governance Committee.
Kylie holds a Senior Executive MBA from the University of Melbourne, Masters in Psychology, and Certificate in Clinical Governance. She is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Associate Fellow with the Australasian College of Health Service Management.
Driven by her commitment to equity and social inclusion, Kylie joined Doncare as CEO in August 2024. Kylie feels privileged to be able to build on such strong foundations and lead Doncare forward into its next chapter of growth, impact and partnership in the community.

Nelika Jayasuriya
Chief Financial Officer
Nelika is a senior finance professional with over 20 years experience in accounting, financial management, equity research and business process improvement across multiple industries spanning manufacturing and financial services in the private sector and the NFP sector. She commenced her career at KPMG and progressed in the private and development sectors gaining experience in key aspects of business operations, human resources and management, holding leadership roles actively involved in strategy and planning in the Asia Pacific region. Nelika is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA Australia), Chartered Global Management Accountant and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants UK. She is passionate about using her skills in advancing the mandate of community development and not-for-profit organisations and joined Doncare in 2020.

Daniela Pepe
Manager, Funded Services
Daniela joined Doncare’s Senior Leadership team in 2018. She has a strong passion for vulnerable children and young people in our community and desires to facilitate positive change for them and their families. She has over 25 years experience as a social worker and project manager in Child Protection, Out of Home Care, Family Services, and the Department of Education and Training. From her experience in direct client services and project management, Daniela possesses a strong understanding of the challenges and needs of those most vulnerable in our community and the various system responses, with a particular interest in trauma-informed practice and relational approaches to responding and supporting children and families. Daniela aims to drive positive experiences and outcomes for children, women and families engaging with our service and in the community.
Martine Corbett
Manager, Marketing, Communications and Business Systems
Martine has been with Doncare since 2016. Her portfolio includes strategic marketing and communications, website management, retail operations, adminstration of Doncare’s Client Management System and IT, volunteer engagement and capacity building, event management and fundraising. Martine also produces Doncare’s Annual Report.
