You’re invited to join if you are:

Over 60, or over 50 if you’re Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander

Living with, or at risk of, mental health challenges

Looking to stay socially connected, active and supported
What can I expect?
Thrive and Connect is a low-cost, inclusive social group that combines creativity, movement, and mental wellbeing in a relaxed, supportive environment.
Activities include:

Creative therapies – music, art and drama activities designed to uplift and inspire

Outings – travel in our comfortable minibus to beautiful local destinations

Mindfulness sessions – learn techniques to manage stress and stay grounded

Shared lunches – enjoy nourishing food and great company
-
Relaxing walks – explore nearby parks at your own pace
-
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) tools – practical strategies to support mental wellbeing
