Our Family Services Program is here to support families experiencing a range of challenges. We work with families to help them navigate difficulties, strengthen relationships, and improve wellbeing. Doncare also provides Intensive Family Services.
How We Can Help
Our team offers support through:

Advocacy for families with services and systems, including NDIS

Coaching and confidence-building, especially in relation to parenting skills and strategies

Referrals to specialist services, including mental health, alcohol and drug, financial counselling and family violence services, and to community groups and activities.

Eligibility
Families must:

Have children under the age of 18

Live in Melbourne’s Inner East
There is no cost to access Family Services.
If we’re not the best fit, we’ll support you in finding the right service through referrals to other practitioners or agencies.
What is Case Management?
Case management involves working collaboratively with a family and other professionals involved with them, to ensure coordinated, effective support. We help bring everyone together to work in the best interests of the children and the family.
