Doncare respects your privacy

Doncare is committed to complying with its obligations under the National Privacy Act as contained in the newly amended privacy legislation which came into effect on 21 December 2001.


Collection of your personal information

In order to provide better service to our clients, we may request personal details such as your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address.  If you choose to withhold requested personal information, we may not be able to provide you with the service you require if this depends on the collection of that information, particularly if the collection of that information is required by law.


Use of your personal information

The personal information we seek is generally used for the purpose of providing a service to you. We do not use your personal information for any purpose other than for the purpose for which it was disclosed.


Storage and security of your personal information

If you email us, your email address and the contents of your message are generally kept by us for only as long as it takes to respond to your enquiry.
