How can I make a donation to Doncare?
There are several ways you can make a donation to Doncare. You can call into our office at Suite 4, Level 1, 687 Doncaster Road, Doncaster, 3108, send a cheque to us via mail at this address, donate via your credit card securely via this website or simply telephone us on 9856 1500 to make a donation by credit card.
Does Doncare provide services out of business hours?
Our general office hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Of a Monday evening however, we are open for counselling appointments until 9 pm. Please call us on 9856 1500 if you have further questions about our services.
My friend has language difficulties. Can you help organise an interpreter?
Yes, Doncare has access to an interpreting service. Please call us on 9856 1500 and we can organise an interpreter so your friend can come and talk to someone about the assistance she needs.
