Doncare Patron and Australian of the Year 2015, Rosie Batty, launched our innovative iMatter App on Valentine’s Day 2015. Watch a short video clip of the launch here. The app was developed to help young women understand the warning signs of abusive and controlling behaviour in relationships as well as to promote healthy self-esteem. The aim is to build resilience, to educate about disrespect and intimate partner violence and to promote conversations among young people about healthy relationship behaviour. The app was funded by the State Government and the Victorian Women’s Benevolent Trust managed by Equity Trustees.
