We were delighted to welcome our local Member of Parliament, Gabriel Ng for a visit to Doncare this week.

The visit provided an opportunity to share the vital work we do across the Manningham community — from our trauma-informed counselling services, emergency relief and family violence recovery support, to our volunteer-led programs and social enterprises.

Staff and volunteers spoke about the growing demand for support, the resilience of our clients and the deep commitment of our team to delivering person-centred, inclusive services.

We’re grateful for the chance to highlight the impact of our work, as well as the ongoing challenges faced by many in our community. It’s always encouraging to receive interest and support from local leaders who recognise the importance of grassroots organisations like Doncare.
