Re:SPECT: a Space to Pause, Express, Connect & Thrive 

A 6-week creative art therapy group for women recovering from the experience of family violence. 

The Women’s Re:SPECT program utilises the creative arts, journaling and mindfulness to facilitate self-reflection and expression while exploring themes relating to emotions, values and recovery. 

Move towards healing and recovery

  • Create self-care practices and healthy boundaries  
  • Establish connection between mind and body

  • Connect with other women who have shared similar experiences
