Basket weaving art therapy group for women
The Basket Weaving group offers a relaxed, creative space to learn simple weaving techniques and enjoy the creative process. Create your own hand-woven basket using raffia, a natural fibre. Along the way we will explore themes of wellbeing and connection in a supportive environment.
You can talk as much or as little as you’d like.
