Our Integrated Family Services Program is here to support families experiencing a range of challenges. We work alongside families to help them navigate difficulties, strengthen relationships, and improve wellbeing. Doncare also provides Intensive Family Services.

There is no cost to access Integrated Family Services.
Eligibility
Families must:

Have children under the age of 18

Live in Melbourne’s Inner East
If we’re not the best fit, we’ll support you in finding the right service through referrals to other practitioners or agencies.
What is Case Management?
Case management involves working collaboratively with families and other service providers to ensure coordinated, effective support. When multiple services are involved, we help bring everyone together to work in the best interests of the children and the family.
