We understand that life doesn't always fit neatly into a 9 to 5 schedule. That’s why Doncare is now offering counselling appointments on Wednesday evenings until 9pm.
This extension of hours is part of our ongoing commitment to providing accessible, inclusive and flexible support to individuals, couples, and families in our community.
Whether you're juggling work, study or parenting responsibilities, our new evening availability gives you more opportunity to access the care you need — at a time that suits you.

Doncare Counselling Services
Doncare has been providing low-cost, trauma-informed, recovery-oriented counselling to the community since 1969. Our culturally diverse team of counsellors includes qualified volunteers, social workers, student practitioners, and creative arts therapists.
We offer counselling in more than 17 languages and provide support in the following areas:
Fees and Accessibility
Our low-cost model ensures that financial circumstances are never a barrier to getting support.
Individual counselling: $70 full fee | $45 concession
Couples counselling: $145 full fee | $85 concession

Appointments take place at Doncare’s offices:
Suite 4, Level 1, 687 Doncaster Road, Doncaster
Telehealth sessions may also be available by agreement with your counsellor.
