Vision Board is an immersive art therapy program supporting women recovering from family violence. Use art, creativity and collaging to reconnect with your future self, have fun, and take home your own personal vision board.

This group is facilitated by skilled art therapists and counsellors in a confidential, trauma-informed environment.
