Nourishing Creativity Through the Language of Flowers

Step into a calming and creative space with Kate, Counsellor and former florist, and explore the language of flowers through a hands-on self-care workshop. Discover the meaning behind blooms, create your own floral arrangement, and take time to nourish your wellbeing through creativity, mindfulness and connection.

Take time out from your busy week to reconnect with yourself through flowers, creativity and mindful reflection.

During the 3 sessions, you will immerse yourself in a beautiful and restorative workshop, led by Kate, a Counsellor and former florist.

Drawing on her unique blend of therapeutic practice and floristry expertise, Kate invites you to slow down, connect with yourself, and explore the symbolism and meaning of flowers. Each bloom carries its own story, encouraging reflection on your personal strengths, aspirations, memories and moments of gratitude.

This gentle and nurturing workshop encourages participants to slow down, engage their senses and embrace creativity as a form of self-care. Through colour, fragrance and mindful making, you'll be invited to reflect, connect and nourish your wellbeing.

No experience needed! All flowers are provided.

Come along and discover how flowers can inspire creativity, reflection and connection while creating something beautiful to enjoy at home.
