Chief Executive Officer, Kylie Scoullar

Kylie is a senior executive and registered psychologist with extensive experience across service delivery, strategy, policy and funding contracts with Government. Her experience spans diverse sectors including health and mental health, out of home care, family violence, refugee and humanitarian settlement, early parenting and education. Kylie has worked with the Victorian Office of the Chief Psychiatrist, served on a national government outcomes and data committee, and contributed to Government reform at state and national levels. Kylie is also a Non-Executive Director with Tweddle Child and Family Health Service, where she chairs their Clinical Governance Committee. Kylie holds a Senior Executive MBA from the University of Melbourne, Masters in Psychology, and Certificate in Clinical Governance. She is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Associate Fellow with the Australasian College of Health Service Management. Driven by her commitment to equity and social inclusion, Kylie joined Doncare as CEO in August 2024. Kylie feels privileged to be able to build on such strong foundations and lead Doncare forward into its next chapter of growth, impact and partnership in the community.
