Claudia is a registered psychologist and senior leader with over 20 years’ experience working in community-based services, delivering mental health and wellbeing support to vulnerable children, young people and families. She has dedicated her career to driving accessible, inclusive and trauma-informed programs that meet the needs of the communities she serves. Claudia worked as a child, youth and family counsellor prior to stepping into leadership roles, where she has supervised and supported diverse teams of therapists and counsellors and delivered a wide range of community-based programs. She has worked in complex case management, youth drug and alcohol intervention, refugee and humanitarian settlement, and early intervention services for children with disability and developmental delays. Claudia is a strong believer in the power of community. She has a particular interest in delivering holistic and systemic support to children, young people and families, and in enabling a thriving community services workforce. Claudia joined Doncare in April 2026, driven by her passion for social justice and her desire to work alongside communities to create meaningful and lasting change. Claudia holds a degree in Psychology and is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society.
