Daniela Pepe - Manager, Funded Services

Daniela joined Doncare's Senior Leadership team in 2018.  She has a strong passion for vulnerable children and young people in our community and desires to facilitate positive change for them and their families. She has over 25 years experience as a social worker and project manager in Child Protection, Out of Home Care, Family Services, and the Department of Education and Training.  From her experience in direct client services and project management, Daniela possesses a strong understanding of the challenges and needs of those most vulnerable in our community and the various system responses, with a particular interest in trauma-informed practice and relational approaches to responding and supporting children and families.  Daniela aims to drive positive experiences and outcomes for children, women and families engaging with our service and in the community.
